Christopher Hutson, MD, MBA
CEO
Dr. Hutson started his career as an Army infantry officer and after serving several tours he pursued medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences where he earned his MD. He continued service in the US Army Medical Corps as an anesthesiologist for a decade in diverse geographic locations around the world.
Following his military career, he entered private practice in Houston, Texas and subsequently received an MBA in Healthcare Leadership and Administration from UT Dallas. In addition to performing his duties as CEO of BioSherpa, LLC, he continues to work as a clinical anesthesiologist and physician leader to ensure that his clinical skills remain strong. Through this work, he has his finger on the pulse of the rapidly changing dynamics of healthcare.

Tom Cumbo, MD, MS, FACHE
CMO
After graduating from Jacobs School of Medicine in Buffalo, NY, Dr. Cumbo did his Internal Medicine Residency and Chief Residency training at The Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital Program in Internal Medicine in Baltimore, MD. He continued his training in Infectious Diseases Medicine at Jacobs and then entered private practice of Infectious Diseases. In addition to his research, he pursued a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration at UT Dallas. Along with serving as chief medical officer of BioSherpa™, LLC he continues to practice clinical infectious diseases medicine and is the former Vice President of Medical Affairs of Mount St. Mary's Hospital (a ministry of Catholic Health of Buffalo, NY).

Destin Radder
CTO
Radder is a CAD-certified designer and accomplished project manager. He was integral to the design and development of BioSherpa's Specimen Transport System and currently leads the company's International Research division.
With a multifaceted background, Radder has excelled in diverse roles, including Key Grip and Best Electric on motion picture film sets in California, as well as Head of the Exhibits Department at the Buffalo Museum of Science. These roles enabled him to refine his skills in electrical work, mechanics, construction, and manufacturing, ensuring projects were completed efficiently and within budget.
As the Director of Research Logistics in Nepal and Peru, Radder successfully navigated complex environmental and political landscapes to guarantee the seamless execution of clinical care and research initiatives. Having traveled to over 25 countries, he brings a unique ability to connect with individuals from varied cultures and backgrounds, fostering collaboration and understanding across teams.
